It was over a decade ago that Greg and Charmaine Jagodinsky first discovered Terra Vista at a special promotion in their native home of Wisconsin. Following a visit to inspect the area and community their love affair with Citrus County and Terra Vista began.
“At first we were considering both Arizona and Florida as our future retirement home. After visiting and experiencing what was here, we first purchased a home site and here we are twelve years later in our new home,” explains Greg, “In the years since purchasing our lot we regularly visited Terra Vista and watched the community evolve.” What has happened here in terms of the beauty of the neighborhood and amenities are beyond what we actually expected.”
What our Ambassador couple found at Terra Vista and the immediate area was a world different from the high rises and crowded conditions many people think is representative of Florida. It was the open, picturesque environment with less traffic and surroundings reminiscent of the suburban area where they had lived for over 30 years and that fulfilled their lifestyle preferences.
As a painter and photographer Greg finds the Nature Coast area an ideal backdrop for inspiring his pastime passions. The couple also looks forward to rekindling their interest in golf and becoming involved in club activities.
“Everyone in the company we met while planning our new life here has been very professional. Our salesperson was a blessing and working with the staff to get the custom adjustments in the home we wanted has been a very positive experience,” highlights Charmaine.
